Everything was absolutely perfect!! Virginia and Andrea were amazing hosts, giving us fantastic recommendations and making the most delicious breakfast. The view from the property was simply stunning and the cabin was incredibly comfortable, spacious, and sparkling clean. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!

I stayed at Podere Bellavista for a few days and it surpassed my expectations. The hosts were incredibly hospitable, providing GoogleMap itineraries and going above and beyond to make me feel at home. The property is spacious with lovely gardens, a BBQ area, firepit, and a breathtaking infiniti pool. The rooms were beautifully decorated and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location is slightly outside of town, but it's a short drive or a scenic 20-minute walk through olive groves. Parking is free and plentiful on the grounds.

Had a fabulous stay for 3 days at the end of a busy Italy holiday. Great staff, super friendly, nothing too much trouble. Fresh and well-equipped rooms with effective aircon. The breakfast and evening meals were wonderful. Very quiet and peaceful location with inspiring views. Walkable to the city, about 20 mins via a rough path. Great choice of background music added to the serenity. Drinks/food delivery service anywhere on the property. Highly recommended for a sensory relax and re-set!

There were noisy families by the pool, which was a shame. The apartment furnishings and appliances were outdated.

We absolutely loved our stay at this countryside hotel. The location was stunning, surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, with breathtaking views of the hills. The pool was a definite highlight, with ample sunbeds and pool towels provided. We also enjoyed the convenience of secure onsite parking. Another great aspect was the home cooked dinner and breakfast that were offered, adding a delightful touch to our stay.

The property had a variety of relaxation options, including back, full body, and foot massages. The children's pool and menu made this a great place for families. We were impressed with the availability of cots and board games for children. The luggage storage service was greatly appreciated. The no pets and no smoking policy made for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Views of San Gimignano towers are spellbinding, especially at sunrise. Charming, authentic and stylish rooms that are comfy. Swimming pool is perfect for a relaxing dip. Terrace with comfy sofas, table, candles and white curtains creates a great ambiance. Breakfast is very fresh and offers a variety of delicious food. Highly recommended place for a vacation, despite being located about 4 km from San Gimignano. The service provided by the staff was excellent, making guests feel welcome and offering quick assistance.
